The Teme-Severn Rod Range

In a mutually exclusive deal, one of the UK's finest rod builders - Mark Tunley has joined with T7 to bring you a truly unique range of rods.

While the range may be primarily aimed at putting barbel on the bank, this does not do full justice to the rods at all, as you will see. All of the rods share some things in common :-

All of the blanks are manufactured in the UK by Harrisons - probably the UK's best known and most respected blank manufacturer.

The blanks are constructed using various combinations of 'pre-preg' cloths to optimise the performance of the blank in both tension and compression, with the aim of ideal power whilest not locking up at all.

In the Torrix and 'The Big Water Rod' super lightweight Japanese carbon prepreg cloth and woven fibres are blended to permit lower resin content and achieve greater strength whilst retaining lively, flexible action under big, heavy loads. While butt sections use stiffer fibres, tips are made from fibres with the highest elongation to cope with lunges when fish are close in.

A main objective of all of the rods is to produce blanks that retain flexibility over a wide range of loads.

All of the rods are gloss claret dark red with claret whippings.
Genuine Fuji components are used throughout.
Quiet simply - only the best will do for this range.

During production Mark puts every blank through a barrage of tests to ensure the rod performs exactly as it should, and that every ring is exactly where it is supposed to be.

We will contact you by return and let you have a delivery date and sort the balance of payment and delivery.
If you would prefer to speak to us in person to place an order we are also happy to take orders via the telephone.

These rods are built to the specification as shown - we cannot offer further services like customisation - for that you will need to contact Mark directly and have him build a rod to the spec that you require.
